Our olive grove consists of three cultivars, the Canino, Frantoio and Leccino, from which we produce the olives that will be processed within 24 hours in the family crusher, giving birth to our oil of a green color, with golden reflections and flavor Fruity, firm but balanced in the spicy and slightly bitter aftertaste.Our Oil is stored in stainless steel barrels present in our crusher, in the absence of light and at controlled temperature, to avoid thermal shocks, thus extending the “life” of our oil by preserving without altering its sensory and qualitative characteristics and then being Bottled and ready to come to your kitchens, both home-and-restaurant, to enhance your dishes.
